Reclaim
and Recycling
The AET's "Advantage Series" line of reclaim
and recycling extruders (see pictures below) are available from 3 inch (76mm) to
15 inch (380mm) in diameter, and are custom designed for the specific material
and bulk density (lbs/cu.ft.) to be processed. Available in all types of feed
section configurations, oversized feed opening, round center feed equipped with
a screw (crammer) feeder (see pictures below), ram stuffer (see picture below) and
dual diameter. All supplied with grooved horizontal bore liners for increased
feeding efficiency. Also available in a two extruder "cascade type system" for increased vacuum venting of high moisture content or highly printed materials.
